VideoRouter vs Replicate
Replicate popularized "run any model on serverless GPUs" and has one of the broadest catalogs of community-published models. Most community models bill by raw GPU-second; a curated set of "Official Models" (including Veo and Kling video) bills by output unit instead — the same nominal task can be priced very differently depending on which listing you call.
Replicate is a real, direct host for many video models — VideoRouter isn't a replacement for it so much as a layer in front of it: many models Replicate hosts are also hosted by other providers at a different price, and VideoRouter routes to whichever one is actually cheapest (or fails over to another if Replicate itself is unavailable) instead of locking you into one host's price and uptime.
