Content Policy
Effective September 29, 2026
This Content Policy supplements our Terms of Service and describes what you may not generate, request, or upload through VideoRouter. It applies to every model and provider we route to, including the NSFW / Creator Studio surface, on top of each provider's own usage policy.
1. Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
You may never use the Service to generate, request, upload, edit, or attempt to produce child sexual abuse material, or any sexual or sexualized content depicting a minor (or a person appearing to be a minor) — real, fictional, animated, or AI-generated. This includes prompts, reference images, or outputs that sexualize minors even indirectly (e.g. "de-aging" an adult, or framing a fictional character as a minor in a sexual context).
This is an absolute prohibition with no exceptions. Violating accounts are terminated immediately, retained evidence is preserved, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.
2. Legitimate adult content is permitted
Legitimate adult sexual content is permitted on the Service (including through Creator Studio), provided that (a) every individual depicted or referenced is clearly an adult (18 or older), (b) that individual is not a real, identifiable person — see Section 3 below for the separate, absolute ban on sexual content depicting real people — and (c) the sexual activity depicted is presented as consensual — see Section 3 below for the absolute ban on non-consensual sexual content, which applies even where every individual depicted is fictional. You are responsible for ensuring any reference image or described character is fictional/original, and that no depicted individual could be mistaken for a minor — see Section 1 above for the absolute prohibition on any content depicting or sexualizing minors, which admits no exception.
3. Also prohibited
You may not use the Service to generate or facilitate:
- Sexual or pornographic content depicting any real, identifiable person — including celebrities and other public figures, and their family members, partners, or friends — regardless of claimed consent, since consent cannot be verified through the Service; this includes "deepfakes," face-swaps, and non-consensual intimate imagery of any kind;
- Sexual content depicting or eroticizing non-consent — including rape, sexual assault, coercion, or a person unable to consent (e.g. due to incapacitation, sleep, drugging, or unconsciousness) — regardless of whether every individual depicted is fictional; this includes prompts or reference material that frame the activity as forced or unwanted even when no explicit refusal is stated;
- Content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers any person;
- Content that facilitates human trafficking or the exploitation of minors in any form;
- Instructions or content intended to facilitate terrorism, mass violence, or the creation of weapons (including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive weapons);
- Content designed to defraud, phishing material, or malware;
- Content that infringes a third party's intellectual property or publicity rights; and
- Any other content that is illegal in the jurisdiction where it is generated or accessed.
4. Provider-level policies still apply
Requests are fulfilled by third-party model providers (see /models). Some providers apply stricter content moderation than the floor set here — where they do, their policy controls what that specific model will generate, and a request may be refused or filtered even if it isn't listed above.
5. Enforcement
Violating this policy is a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in content removal, account suspension or termination without refund, and referral to law enforcement, without prior notice.
6. Report a violation
If you encounter content generated through VideoRouter that you believe violates this policy — especially anything involving the sexual exploitation of a minor — report it immediately to contact@zeus.rocks. Suspected CSAM should also be reported directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline or your local law enforcement.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
