Terms of Service
Effective September 17, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of videorouter.sh and the VideoRouter API (together, the "Service"), operated by Synvia Corp, based in Newark, California ("Synvia Corp", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
VideoRouter is a routing layer that lets you call video, image, and other generative-media models from many providers through a single, OpenAI-compatible API. We route each request to a provider, bill you at provider cost plus a flat platform fee (see Pricing), and handle failover between providers.
2. Accounts & API keys
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure, and for all activity that occurs under them. Notify us promptly at contact@zeus.rocks if you suspect a key has been compromised.
3. Fees & payment
You agree to pay the provider cost plus platform fee shown on /pricing for usage on your account. Payments are processed by our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, that infringes another party's rights, or that violates an underlying model provider's own usage policy;
- Generate, request, upload, or attempt to produce child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content depicting or sexualizing minors, regardless of whether the depiction is real, simulated, or AI-generated — this is strictly prohibited with zero tolerance, will result in immediate account termination, and will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law;
- Generate sexual or pornographic content depicting any real, identifiable person — including celebrities and other public figures, and their family members, partners, or friends — regardless of claimed consent, since consent cannot be verified through the Service; or any other non-consensual intimate imagery;
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or access controls;
- Resell access to the Service in a way that violates a model provider's terms; or
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or the infrastructure of any provider we route to.
See our Content Policy for the full list of prohibited content and how to report a violation.
5. Third-party model providers
Requests you send through VideoRouter are fulfilled by third-party model providers (see /models). Each provider's own terms and content policies apply to output generated through them. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of any third-party provider.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synvia Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service, other users, or a model provider.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
